How to Crack the Feminine Code in Bed
Dan and I have something special to remind you about today that we think you’re going to LOVE!
” Cracking the Feminine Code ” is a section of our website which is purely focused on giving you a “peek behind the curtain” of the feminine experience of sex, romance and intimacy with men.
The more you absorb and understand this content, the more calm, clear, confident and powerful you will feel inside your masculine frame.
Joining us and providing their unique perspectives are Shana James and Dr Alexis Shepperd.
We teach that you need MEN to show you how to be a MAN…but we also believe you need smart, mature, whole-hearted WOMEN to explain what it’s like to be a WOMAN.
A critical part of “cracking the feminine code” is being able to empathize with the sexual world of a woman…YOUR woman.
- Do you want to know what women really think?
- Do you want to know why they respond to YOU the way they do?
- How would you like to get immediate and personal feedback on how you are being perceived by women?
You’ll find a whole load of in-depth content in this section of the site, so as a taster, here’s a video we recorded together…
“I love it when a man is connecting with me, really paying attention to me and penetrating me with his energy, I can feel the depth of his presence, I can feel his character as a man – and it’s super hot!”
~ Shana James
We men can be so clear and confident in our abilities to get shit done or fix the problem in other areas of life, but when it comes down to meeting the needs of another person, we can suddenly lose the belief in ourselves.
We put so much pressure on ourselves to perform sexually, and we’re always looking for some angle to make us feel more confident of our ability to give her pleasure.
Whether it’s social conditioning or something more primal, you feel more manly when you know that she enjoys being f*cked by you.
Maybe you’ve fallen into the trap of feeling ashamed when you came too quickly, or she made some comment about a previous sexual encounter and now you’re quietly thinking about this other guy in the back of your mind.
Our tendency to measure who we are as a man by our sexual prowess is the undoing of many potentially beautiful, intimate moments and memories.
Are you mainly quiet during sex? This is often a sign that you want her to think you know exactly what you’re doing. But a man who openly asks in the moment what she likes, and what feels good…that’s a man who’s more confident and evolved as a lover.
It shows that you’ve worked through some of your own insecurities and are more focused on being WITH her and ENJOYING the experience rather than performing to achieve an outcome or reach a goal.
And another important thing to remember is that her feedback is not criticism. She really wants you to hear what she likes and doesn’t like so you can lead her to more pleasure which will give you greater pleasure too!
We go deep into all these topics in our coaching programs for men .
“A man can take me to places I can’t go by myself”
I don’t think I can write a more interesting and enticing call to action than that line for most of us hot blooded, women loving, big hearted men.

If sex has become a performance test in your head, you’re missing the woman right in front of you.
You may be trying to prove you’re good enough, last long enough, know enough, or measure up to some other man in her memory. That pressure pulls you out of connection and into your own head. At Goodguys2Greatmen, we’ll help you understand women, sex, desire, and your own insecurity so you can show up as a calmer, bolder, more present lover.
Talk to a coach →Q: What does it mean to crack the feminine code?
A: Cracking the feminine code means learning how women often experience sex, romance, intimacy, and masculine presence from the inside. It doesn’t mean finding tricks to control her desire. It means becoming more aware of what she feels from you, how she reads your energy, and what helps her open to pleasure with you.
Q: Why do I feel so much pressure to perform during sex?
A: You feel pressure to perform during sex because many men quietly measure their value by how well they think they satisfy a woman. That pressure can make you tense, silent, goal-focused, or scared of feedback. The more you try to prove yourself, the less present you become with the woman you’re actually touching.
Q: Should I ask my wife what she likes during sex?
A: Yes, asking your wife what she likes during sex can be a sign of confidence, not weakness. A nervous man pretends he already knows everything. A stronger lover can ask, listen, adjust, and stay playful without collapsing into shame. Her feedback is not an attack. It’s useful information.
Q: Why does my wife’s sexual feedback feel like criticism?
A: Your wife’s sexual feedback feels like criticism when you’re already afraid you’re not enough as a man or lover. Then a simple comment about pace, pressure, touch, or timing can hit like a verdict. A better man learns to hear feedback as her giving him the map to more pleasure, not proof he failed.
Q: How do I stop thinking about another man from her past?
A: You stop thinking about another man from her past by refusing to let comparison run your sex life. That other guy isn’t in the room unless you keep bringing him there in your head. Your job is not to beat a memory. Your job is to be fully present, confident, and connected with her now.
Q: What do women want from a man during intimacy?
A: Many women want a man who is present, attentive, confident, and connected during intimacy. They don’t want a man stuck in his head trying to earn a grade. A woman can often feel your character, your calm, your desire, and your attention. That depth can matter more than any technique.
